Three steps, no engine

LOAD
Drop in any rigged humanoid .vrm — your own or one from the gallery. It opens in the browser at full frame rate. No engine, no export, no queue.

TUNE
Name it, pick a personality, pick a voice. Then set the scene: background or chroma, nameplate, expressions and gestures from the dock.

BROADCAST
Point OBS at the window, or share the tab straight into a Pons stream. Connect a chat source and it reads viewers and answers out loud.

REAL-TIME RENDER
Your character idles, blinks, and tracks with its eyes — driven by real animation clips, not a looping GIF. Runs in the tab you already have open.

VOICE IN, VOICE OUT
Type or talk. It answers in a real voice, mouth synced to the audio, so the words and the face line up.

EMOTES THAT MATCH
Expressions and mocap gestures fire off what it's actually saying — a wave on hello, a tilt on a question, a shrug when it doesn't know.

SHOT-READY STAGE
Chroma green or a scene background, a nameplate, and STARTING / BRB / ENDING states. Hide the dock and the frame is clean.

Bloom and ambient particles on a toggle, for when the shot should look like more than a webcam feed.
